• Referral Program: To track referral sign-ups, calculate earnings (50 ETB per referral), and process payouts via Telebirr.
• Payment Processing: To process subscription payments through Telebirr and maintain billing records.
• Account Management: To create and manage your account, authenticate your identity, and provide customer support.
• Platform Improvement: To analyze usage patterns and improve the quality of our AI tutor, content, and overall platform experience.
• Communication: To send important service notifications, account updates, and educational content (no spam).

• Telebirr: Payment processing partner. They handle all financial transactions securely.
• AI Model Provider: Our AI chat processing is powered by a third-party AI model provider. Chat messages are processed to generate educational responses and are not stored by the provider beyond the session.
